Will there be other guests if I book Parkhoeve as a vacation home?

No, the entire house is private for you, including the wellness facilities.

If you have booked the vacation home without both glamping tents, there might be other guests staying in one of the glamping tents. However, they do not have access to the vacation home or wellness area.

Who is the vacation home suitable for?

The vacation home accommodates groups of up to 21 people. On request, we can provide 3 additional single beds and 3 baby cribs. If you need more sleeping arrangements, you can also book our two glamping tents, which can each host 4 people.

Ideal for families, groups, associations, team-building events, companies, cyclists, and friends.

Can I host a party at the vacation home?

The vacation home is not intended to be used as an event venue for external groups without permission. However, you are welcome to have a private gathering for your guests, as long as it does not cause any disturbance to the neighbors.

Is there a space where we can all sit together?

Yes, both the veranda and the living areas offer enough seating for your entire group.

Are towels provided?

Yes, each guest receives:

• 1 large and 1 small towel

• 1 bathrobe

• 1 bath mat

Is toilet paper provided?

Yes.

​

Is smoking allowed inside the vacation home?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the vacation home.

Are pets allowed?

• Pets are allowed in the glamping tents.

• In the vacation home, pets are welcome on the ground floor (except in the kitchen).

• Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

What if I forget something at the vacation home?

Send us an email at info@parkhoeve.com with a description of the lost item, and we will check our lost and found.

Is there an elevator in the vacation home?

No, there is no elevator.

What facilities are available?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Does the vacation home have free WiFi?

Yes, there is WiFi. However, the signal strength may vary in different areas of the house.

There is no WiFi in the glamping tents.

Do we need to bring coffee beans for the coffee machine in the veranda?

We fill the coffee machine with beans before your arrival, which should last for a weekend. If you need more, feel free to bring extra coffee beans.

Can we have breakfast in the morning?

Yes, we offer a fresh breakfast buffet with:

• Fresh bread rolls

• Hot and cold drinks

• Sweet and savory spreads

• Bacon and eggs

• Fruit, yogurt, granola, etc.

We prepare and clean up the breakfast on-site. Please let us know at least one month in advance if you would like breakfast. You can adjust the number of guests a few days before arrival.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, we have a large free parking area on our premises.

​

Can we rent bicycles?

Yes! Please email us one week in advance at info@parkhoeve.com so we can prepare the bikes and charge the batteries.

We have 10 e-bikes and 1 electric cargo bike available.

Is there a secure place to store our own bicycles?

Yes, you can store your bike in our bike shelter. Please notify us before your arrival so we can provide you with the access code.

 

Is the vacation home well-located for sightseeing and activities?

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, just let us know, and we will provide you with an invoice.

Will someone be there upon arrival and departure?

We will inform you in advance whether someone will be present or where you can find the key.

Is there a BBQ available?

Yes, we provide a charcoal BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal and leave the BBQ clean after use.

Is cleaning included, or do we need to clean ourselves?

We ask you to:

• Gather all sheets and towels in one place.

• Return furniture to its original position.

• Empty trash bins and sort waste according to instructions.

• Wash and store dishes.

• Clean the BBQ after use.

Are the beds made upon arrival?

Yes.

Do the rooms have coffee and tea facilities?

Yes, each room has a Nespresso machine with 4 coffee capsules and a kettle.

How many people can sleep in the vacation home?

The vacation home sleeps 21 people, with:

• 9 double rooms

• 1 triple room

We can provide 3 additional single beds and 3 baby cribs upon request.

If you also book the glamping tents, the total capacity increases to 32 people. Each glamping tent accommodates 8 people.

 

How many bedrooms are there?

There are 10 bedrooms in the vacation home. The layout is:

• 1 triple room with an ensuite bathroom

• 8 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms

• 2 double rooms with a sink (separate shower and toilet nearby)

Each glamping tent has:

• 2 double beds (Tent Magisch Blauw)

• 1 double bed and 2 single beds (Tent Poppy Love)

Do the rooms and glamping tents have air conditioning?

Yes, 8 bedrooms, 2 glamping tents, and the meeting room have air conditioning.

Where is Room 10?

There is a staircase next to the veranda leading directly to Room 10. The other rooms (1-8) are on the first floor but accessed via a different staircase.

Is there a bedroom on the ground floor?

Yes, Room 9 is on the ground floor.
